Windows-first clinical dictation

From consultation to clinical note in seconds.

Anthias is a lightweight floating-button app for Windows, built for medical and allied health professionals. Listening in during a consultation or dictated to after; Anthias will transcribe then summarise a structured clinical note suited to your discipline. Paste the result into whichever practice management system your clinic already uses.

Simple by design: listen and transcribe, summarise, copy then paste. Anthias does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace clinician review.

Clinical disciplines

One simple workflow, with note styles for different clinicians.

Anthias can summarise notes using headings suited to dentistry, medicine, physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, podiatry, optometry, audiology, psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietitian and nutrition, exercise physiology, and nursing.

How it works

A short workflow that fits around the software you already use.

1

Record

Click the floating Windows button and dictate the note while the appointment details are fresh.

2

Transcribe locally

Speech is converted to text on the computer, keeping the basic transcription step fast and local.

3

Summarise if enabled

Ready-AI can turn the transcript into a structured AI summary for the clinician to check and edit.

4

Copy and paste

Anthias copies the note to the clipboard, so it works with any PMS that lets you paste text.

Privacy and local transcription

Built for simple, controlled clinical documentation.

Anthias helps clinics reduce typing without moving final records out of their existing PMS workflow. Audio recordings are not stored, transcription happens locally, and AI summaries are optional.

Local transcription: Audio is processed on the Windows computer for transcription.

AI note summary: If enabled, text may be sent to the Anthias backend for AI-assisted formatting.

Works with any PMS: Anthias prepares text for copy-paste workflows. It does not directly save notes into a PMS.

No audio storage: Anthias does not store audio recordings.

Subscriptions

Simple monthly packages for lightweight clinical dictation.

Choose a package based on active Windows computers and monthly AI note volume. No PMS integration project is required: Anthias stays focused on copy-paste clinical notes.

FAQ

Common clinical and operational questions.

Does Anthias make clinical decisions?

No. Anthias assists with transcription and AI summaries only. Diagnosis, treatment planning, consent, review, editing, and final record keeping remain the clinician's responsibility.

Does Anthias save notes into my PMS?

No. Anthias deliberately uses a clipboard-first workflow. It copies summarised text so clinicians can paste, review, edit, and save it in their existing practice management system.

Which practice management systems does Anthias work with?

Anthias is designed to work with any PMS, practice management system, or clinical record system that accepts pasted text. It does not need a direct integration to be useful.

Where does transcription happen?

Transcription happens locally on the Windows computer. AI summary may use the Anthias backend if that option is enabled.

Is audio stored?

No. Anthias does not store audio recordings. It processes the recording to produce text output without retaining the recording.

What does the backend do?

The live backend at api.anthias.com.au is intended for licences, app updates, accounts, billing, shared glossary and template support, and AI proxying when enabled.
